4a. Google User Data and Agent-Based Access

Simbli operates as a platform that supports multiple independent agents. Certain agents may offer integrations with third-party services. One such agent allows users to connect their Google account to access Google Contacts, only after explicit user authorization via Google OAuth.

Scope of access: Only the specific agent enabled by the user can access Google user data. Other agents within the Simbli platform do not have access to Google user data.

Purpose limitation: Google user data (such as contact names, email addresses, and phone numbers) is used solely to provide user-initiated functionality within the enabled agent, such as contact viewing or synchronization. Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or training AI models.

Data sharing and disclosure: Simbli does not sell Google user data. Google user data is not shared with third parties, except for secure infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (such as hosting or encrypted storage), and only under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. Google user data is never shared with other agents on the platform.

Retention and deletion: Google user data is retained only while the Google integration remains enabled. Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account or within Simbli. Upon revocation, associated Google user data is deleted within 30 days, unless retention is legally required.

Compliance: Simbli’s use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) and secure servers. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel. Despite our best efforts, no online service is 100% secure, and you use the service at your own risk.

Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act), you may:

  • Request deletion of personal data.
  • Withdraw consent to processing.
